Bestyarns.com Return/Exchange Policy

Original sales receipts must accompany all returns/exchanges.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Items may be returned for refund via original method of payment or exchange.

If your order was filled correctly – including agreed upon colors on telephone orders- we will gladly accept your return/exchange. However there are no refunds on Shipping & Handling costs on correctly filled orders, and the expense of return shipping in this situation will be the responsibility of the customer.

Yarns sent in error or defective yarns may be returned for replacement or refund via original method of payment. Under this scenario, Bestyarns.com will pay the return shipping costs.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on the items noted below:

Books, patterns, magazines, CD’s or DVD’s

Knitting needles and crochet hooks

Sale items

Gift Cards/Gift Certificates/E-Gift Certificates

Partially used skeins, Hanks that have been balled/caked or skeins without original label.

Any item outside the 30 day return policy

 

To complete your return, please contact us first via email at returns@bestyarns.com anytime or call us at 401-722-5660 between the hours of 9 -5 M-F EST. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please do not mail back your items before receiving confirmation from us either via email or phone.
